• Microwave cleaned (if applicable)
Bathrooms & Toilets:
• Shower screen, tiles, grout, and taps scrubbed
• Toilet cleaned inside and out
• Mirrors polished

• Bathtub and fittings cleaned
Laundry:
• Sink and bench wiped down
• Cabinets and drawers cleaned

Bond Back Guarantee: We offer a bond back guarantee. If the real estate agent is not satisfied with the cleaning conditions, we will return and fix any issues free of charge. This guarantee is valid provided we are contacted within 3 business days after the cleaning is completed.
Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between MRS. Clean and the client. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Pricing
All quotes provided are Unseen Quotes, based on estimates for an average house and room sizes assuming a reasonable state of cleanliness. Quotes given over the phone are subject to change based on the initial inspection or any additional services added on the day of cleaning.
- Extra charges may apply if the property has not been regularly cleaned or has been neglected, requiring additional hours.
Invoices must be paid within 1 day of job completion.
* A late fee of 5% of the invoice total will apply to overdue invoices.
**End of Lease Cleaning Exclusions**
End of lease cleaning does not include the following services, which can be conducted for an additional cost:
- Outside window cleaning
- Wall washing
- Garage or backyard cleaning
- High-pressure cleaning
- Rubbish removal or personal effects left in the property
- Cleaning of whitegoods such as fridges, microwaves, etc.
Carpet Steam Cleaning
- Our standard steam cleaning will remove dirt, grime, dust, and most clear liquid spills.
- We will make our best effort to clean the carpet, but the result will depend on various factors beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee the outcome of the service.
- Permanent stains may not respond to treatment, and we do not guarantee their removal.
General Conditions
- The customer must provide access to electricity and water for our cleaners. This is mandatory for end of lease cleaning. If these utilities are not available, the cleaners will do their best, but the bond cleaning guarantee will not apply.
- The property must be empty as required for cleaning. If not, the bond cleaning guarantee will not apply.
- MRS. Clean must be notified at the time of booking when the agent's end of lease inspection is scheduled. If the agent requires us to return to rectify items, we need 3 business days to attend to these items.
**Additional Notes**
- Oven Doors: We do not clean between the oven door glass (inside the panels) unless the door is removed by the tenant/owner/agent. Reinstallation of the door is also the responsibility of the tenant/owner/agent.
- Walls: Our standard service includes spot cleaning of marks only. Full wall cleaning is considered an additional service and can be quoted separately. We do not remove glue, adhesives, or fixtures (such as baby safety fittings) from walls or cupboards, as this may cause damage to the surfaces.
- Balcony, Deck, Courtyard & Garage: These areas will be swept and mopped where possible. Please note, some rough surfaces cannot be mopped and will be swept only.
- Windows: We clean windows that are safely accessible from ground level or balconies, or by using a 3-step ladder only. For windows with flyscreens, the flyscreen must be removed prior to cleaning, and it is the tenant/owner/agent’s responsibility to reinstall them after cleaning.
- Blinds: Blind cleaning includes surface wiping and dusting only.
